A setting built around one simple idea
That a young child does best in a small, familiar place, with grown-ups who genuinely know them.
Arinola's story
I'm Arinola Aderibigbe, and Arinola Childcare is mine — my name on the door, my responsibility, my standards.
I have spent years caring for other people's children, and I saw the same thing again and again: settings so large that a quiet child could pass a whole day without anyone really speaking to them. Not through unkindness. Just numbers.
I wanted the opposite. A place where a child is greeted by name at the door, where the same adult knows they don't like the crusts on, where a wobbly morning is met with a lap rather than a rota. So in August 2025 I registered the company and started building exactly that, here in SE18.
We are at the beginning. I would rather tell you that plainly than dress it up — and it is also why the families who join us now get something rare: all of my attention, and a say in how this place grows.
